‍Aquatic Activity for Health Instructor

We’re looking for a Hydra Health Instructor to join Active Luton’s Total Wellbeing Long Term Conditions team, delivering our Hydra Health programme across our swimming pools for around 4 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated instructor to lead inclusive deep and shallow water sessions, supporting people with long term conditions to improve their health and wellbeing. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team making a real difference across Luton, and should hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in personal training or GP referral, an up-to-date NARSTC qualification, and bring a creative, empathetic and community-focused approach. Level 4 long term condition qualifications are desirable but not essential.
