Part Time | £25,453 per annum pro rata

We’re hiring a Coordinator – Maintenance Mates to help keep Active Luton’s sites safe, compliant and running smoothly. This hands-on role mixes coordination, driving and practical maintenance. You’ll lead day-to-day tasks, carry out vehicle checks, drive the team between sites, and support outdoor upkeep, minor repairs and cleaning when needed. We’re looking for someone over 21 with a full D1 licence, experience driving larger vehicles, strong communication skills and a good grasp of Health & Safety. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, with some responsibility for safeguarding and promoting welfare. Training provided.

Duty Manager

Inspire: Luton Sports Village

Full Time | £27,975 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Inspire: Luton Sports Village. In this role, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the leisure centre, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in a leisure or similar environment, preferably hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), and have a strong understanding of health and safety in a leisure setting. You will lead and supervise the operational team during your shift, take responsibility for opening and closing procedures, staff supervision and emergency responses, ensure activities run safely and efficiently, handle incidents and customer feedback, and support the team with administrative tasks while contributing to ongoing improvements across the site.
