We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join the team at Inspire: Luton Sports Village. This is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day operation of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards of health and safety, customer service and facility management. The successful candidate will have experience leading teams within a leisure environment, a current NPLQ, Level 3 First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operator qualification, along with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.

Aquatic Activity for Health Instructor

We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated Hydra Health Instructor to join our Total Wellbeing Long Term Conditions Team, delivering aquatic exercise sessions across Active Luton centres for people living with long-term health conditions. This 4-hour-per-week role involves planning and leading safe, inclusive deep and shallow water sessions, supporting clients to improve their health and wellbeing through physical activity. Applicants should hold a Level 3 Personal Training or GP Referral qualification and a current NPLQ/NRASTC qualification, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to making a positive difference in the local community. Level 4 qualifications relating to long-term conditions would be an advantage.
