Ideal for those who want to burn calories, build fitness, and maximise their time in the gym.
🧘 Core Stability
A focused session targeting your abdominals, pelvis, lower back, and diaphragm. Using body-weight, weights, and other equipment, this class will help you develop a stronger, more stable core. A great option for improving posture, reducing injury risk, and building functional strength for everyday life.
⚡ Power
If you’re ready to lift heavier and train smarter, this class is for you. Power sessions focus on weight training with expert guidance to help you perfect your form. You’ll progress gradually, challenging yourself with heavier lifts or higher reps. Some sessions may also incorporate HIIT, circuits, or functional movements for variety and intensity.
